Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board independently signs declarations of will of the foundation, as well as all letters, documents and declarations, in particular in matters concerning the foundation’s property, for them to be valid. In the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board acting independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly, are authorised each time to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, as well as to make all letters, documents and declarations, in particular in matters concerning the foundation’s property, valid.
