Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the member of the management board represents the foundation independently. If the management board is multi-member, in matters concerning the incurring of obligations and the disposal of rights in transactions whose value does not exceed PLN 200,000, the foundation shall be represented by each member of the management board acting independently, and above this amount by two members of the management board, including the President. In non-property matters, each member of the management board may represent the foundation independently.
