Manner of representation

If the management board is: 1. a one-person management board, the company is represented independently by the President of the Management Board or an independently acting commercial proxy, or by the President of the Management Board together with an independently acting commercial proxy; 2. a two-person management board, the company is represented independently by the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board or an independently acting commercial proxy, or by the President of the Management Board together with the Vice-President of the Management Board, or by the President of the Management Board together with an independently acting commercial proxy, or by the Vice-President of the Management Board together with an independently acting commercial proxy; 3. a three-person management board, the company is represented by the President of the Management Board together with one of the Vice-Presidents of the Management Board, by two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board jointly, or by the President of the Management Board together with two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board, by the President of the Management Board together with a Vice-President of the Management Board and a commercial proxy, or by two Vice-Presidents of the Management Board together with a commercial proxy.
