Manner of representation

1. For the validity of agreements concluded on behalf of the association Projekt Edukacja Szczecin (SPES), making declarations of will in all matters, including SPES’s property-related matters, granting powers of attorney on behalf of SPES, as well as all letters concerning property rights and obligations not exceeding PLN 10,000, the signature of one member of the management board, excluding the treasurer, is required. 2. For the validity of agreements concluded on behalf of SPES, making declarations of will in all matters, including SPES’s property-related matters, granting powers of attorney on behalf of SPES, as well as all letters concerning property rights and obligations whose value exceeds PLN 10,000, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, excluding the treasurer, are required. 3. All financial decisions require the countersignature of the SPES treasurer.
