Manner of representation

1. The President of the association chairs the association’s management board and represents the association externally. The President may authorise another member of the management board to represent the association externally, with the approval of the remaining members of the management board. 2. For declarations concerning the association’s pecuniary rights and obligations and for granting powers of attorney to be valid, joint action and the signatures of the President or Vice-President and the treasurer of the association’s management board, or of two other authorised members of that management board, are required.
