Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association and to sign documents, the President of the Management Board together with one of the members of the management board, acting jointly, are authorized. In matters connected with ordinary management, such as receiving registered mail, obtaining certificates from financial institutions, opening new subaccounts within the association's existing bank accounts and other matters of no material significance and not involving the incurring of financial liabilities exceeding the equivalent of PLN 300, the President, the Vice-President or a member of the management board authorized by the President is authorized to submit declarations of will and sign documents on behalf of the association.
