Manner of representation

1. The validity of declarations concerning the association’s proprietary rights and obligations and the granting of powers of attorney requires: a) up to PLN 5,000, the individual signatures of the President or female President or the Vice-President or female Vice-President; b) above PLN 5,000, the signatures of two members of the management board, including the President or female President or the Vice-President or female Vice-President. 2. The validity of declarations concerning the association’s non-proprietary rights and obligations and the granting of powers of attorney and recommendations requires the signature of the President or female President or the Vice-President or female Vice-President acting jointly with another member of the management board.
