Manner of representation

1. In the case of a one-person management board, the sole member of the foundation’s management board is authorised to represent the foundation independently. 2. In the case of a multi-member management board, each member of the foundation’s management board is authorised to represent the foundation independently, provided that disposing of a right or incurring obligations with a value exceeding PLN 2,000.00 (two thousand zlotys) or EUR 500 (five hundred euros), or concluding contracts for the provision of services by the foundation with a contract value exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys) or EUR 2,500 (two thousand five hundred euros), requires the joint action of two members of the foundation’s management board, or the President of the Management Board acting independently.
