In the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, the President of the Management Board acting independently or a member of the management board acting jointly with the President of the Management Board is authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the company and to represent it. The submission of declarations of will on behalf of the company always requires a declaration by the President of the Management Board.
