Manner of representation

The general partner’s right to represent the company extends to all judicial and extrajudicial acts connected with conducting the company’s business. The general partner is authorized to make declarations of will in the scope of property and non-property rights and to sign agreements and correspondence on behalf of the company, including in matters exceeding the scope of the company’s ordinary acts, while a limited partner is authorized to do so only within the limits of an attorney-in-fact authorization granted to them by the general partner.
