Manner of representation

In the case of the foundation's management board: 1. one-person management board – declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters, including matters concerning incurring liabilities and disposing of a right, are made independently by the President of the Management Board; 2. multi-member management board: a) declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters, including matters concerning incurring liabilities and disposing of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand PLN), may be made by each member of the management board independently. b) for making declarations on behalf of the foundation in transactions concerning incurring liabilities and disposing of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand PLN), joint action by two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board, is required.
