In property matters exceeding PLN 5,000 / five thousand zloty /, the signature of the President of the foundation and the founder of the foundation is required. 3. If the founder of the foundation holds the position of President of the foundation, points 1 and 2 of § 17 of the foundation’s articles of association shall apply. 4. If a person other than the founder of the foundation holds the position of President of the foundation, the signatures of two members of the management board of the foundation are required: the President and the Vice-President of the foundation.
