1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation in all matters other than property matters may be made independently by each member of the management board. 2. In property matters, the signatures of all members of the management board are required. 3. The members of the management board may, on a one-off basis, authorise one member of the management board to represent the foundation, sign an agreement or incur a financial liability whose purpose is solely and exclusively a specified activity consistent with the foundation’s objectives; in such case, the authorisation must be signed by all members of the management board.
