Manner of representation

The association is represented by the Chairperson or their Deputy, or by a person authorized by a resolution of the management board, within the scope of that authorization. 1. The following persons are authorized to make declarations of will in property matters: the Chairperson and other members authorized by the management board, with the joint action of two persons being required. 2. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of fixed assets, a resolution of the general meeting is required.
