1. In matters concerning employment, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation shall be made by the President of the Management Board of the foundation, subject to section 17 section 3. 3. In other matters in which the value of the liability does not exceed PLN 5,000 (five thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by each member of the management board of the foundation.
