Manner of representation

1. The Provincial Branch is represented externally by the President of the Management Board of the Provincial Branch or the Vice-President. The Circle is represented externally by the President of the Management Board of the Circle or the Vice-President. 2. Agreements, powers of attorney and all other declarations of will that entail financial obligations or a change in the assets of a local organisational unit of the Association having legal personality require, for their validity: 1) in the case of Provincial Branches, the signatures jointly of two members of the management board of the Provincial Branch, including the President or the Vice-President or the treasurer; 2) in the case of Circles, the signatures jointly of two members of the management board of the Circle, including the President or the Vice-President or the treasurer.
