Manner of representation

Each member of the foundation's management board is entitled to represent the foundation independently, provided that, when incurring liabilities above the amount of 10,000.00 złoty (ten thousand złoty), joint representation by two members of the management board is required, unless the management board is a one-person management board. In the case of a one-person management board, each member of the foundation's management board is entitled to represent the foundation independently, irrespective of the amount of the liability incurred.
