The President and any member of the management board may grant a written power of attorney to represent the association. This power of attorney may be revoked at any time by calling upon the attorney-in-fact to return it in the original. To represent the association, including in administrative or court proceedings and planning procedures, the management board or another person authorized in writing by the management board is authorized, within the scope and for the period specified in the authorization. For the validity of declarations of will concerning the rights and obligations of the association and for representing the association vis-à-vis third parties, joint action and the signatures of the President and at least one member of the management board are required.
