Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board is authorised to represent the association in external relations, to make declarations of will on its behalf, including signing letters and documents related to the association’s current activities, acting independently, subject to section 2. 2. Property liabilities and civil-law contracts entered into by the association require the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, the President and another member of the management board.
