Manner of representation

1. For representing the association externally, including concluding agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board or the Secretary of the Management Board is authorised. 2. For concluding agreements whose value exceeds the amount equivalent to EUR 20,000.00, determined using the average euro exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the last business day preceding the date of conclusion of the agreement, the signatures of the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board and the treasurer of the management board acting jointly are required.
