Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the member of the management board represents the foundation independently. If the management board is multi-member, as a rule, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly, with the proviso that in matters concerning the employment of employees and in property matters up to PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand złoty), the foundation shall be represented by one member of the management board acting independently.
