Manner of representation

The company may be represented by the general partner, i.e. LANSKA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, in accordance with the representation rules provided for this company in the provisions of the Commercial Companies Code and in its articles of association, that is, in the case of a one-person management board, the company is represented and declarations on behalf of the company are made by the President of the Management Board (one-person representation). In the case of a management board consisting of two or more persons, the company may be represented and declarations on behalf of the company may be made by the President of the Management Board independently, or jointly by two members of the management board, or by one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy (two-person representation).
