Manner of representation

All declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, including in property matters, are made by the foundation's management board acting jointly, subject to the following reservations: 1. In matters concerning the employment of employees, subject to the reservation indicated below, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board, and in matters not exceeding acts of ordinary management up to the amount of PLN 10,000 (ten thousand złoty), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the foundation or a member of the management board. 2. If the management board has appointed a General Director from among its members, the General Director acts as the employer and is entitled to represent the foundation independently in this respect.
