Manner of representation

Representing the foundation externally, including making binding declarations of will, in particular approving agreements, is the competence of the President independently. For incurring liabilities, a declaration of will shall be made by a minimum of two members of the management board, including the President of the Management Board. Each member of the management board is authorised independently to submit applications for access to public information on behalf of the foundation. Representing the foundation in the mass media and during industry events is the competence of each member of the management board independently.
