Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will, letters and documents concerning the property rights and obligations of the association, including incurring property obligations, the President is authorised independently. The Vice-President and the members of the management board may act in matters where the value of the obligation incurred or the disposition of third-party rights does not exceed PLN 10,000 in a single instance, and, in the case of recurring obligations or dispositions, up to a total amount of PLN 10,000 within 12 months from the date on which the obligation was incurred or the disposition of the right was made. In each of these cases, the members of the management board or the Vice-President must act jointly, with at least two members of the management board. In non-property matters, each member of the management board is authorised to represent the association.
