Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised to represent the foundation externally. 2. In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4. 3. In matters related to incurring property liabilities below 2,000 złoty (in words: two thousand złoty) and in non-property matters, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by each member of the management board. 4. For concluding agreements with members of the management board, an attorney-in-fact appointed by the founders is authorised.
