Manner of representation

1. For submitting declarations, letters and documents on behalf of the association in ordinary management matters and in financial matters resulting in the incurring of financial liabilities up to PLN 30,000, the President and the Secretary are authorised to act independently, or two other members acting jointly. 2. For letters and documents concerning property rights and obligations and in financial matters resulting in the incurring of liabilities exceeding PLN 30,000 to be valid, the signatures of the President/Secretary and another member of the management board are required. 3. The management board may authorise other persons to sign these documents within the scope of the powers of attorney granted.
