Manner of representation

Each member of the management board has the right to represent the foundation externally and to make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation; however, making a declaration of will leading to: a) the acquisition or disposal of a right with a value exceeding PLN 3,000 (three thousand zlotys); or b) the undertaking of an obligation with a value exceeding PLN 3,000 (three thousand zlotys); or c) the acknowledgement of a debt with a value exceeding PLN 3,000 (three thousand zlotys); or d) bringing an action; or e) admitting an action; or f) withdrawing an action; or g) opening or closing a bank account; or h) issuing a cheque or bill of exchange; or i) entering into an employment contract, requires the joint action of the President and at least one member of the management board.
