Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the association are made by the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board, or the Secretary of the Management Board. Declarations of will related to disposing of assets or incurring an obligation with a value not exceeding or equal to PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys) are made by one member of the management board: the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board, or the Secretary of the Management Board. Declarations of will related to disposing of assets or incurring an obligation with a value exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys) are made jointly by two members of the management board. Declarations of will related to disposing of assets or incurring an obligation with a value exceeding PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys) require the action of three members of the management board.
