Manner of representation
For representing the association when incurring property obligations and making declarations of will on behalf of the association, the President of the association independently, or two members of the management board of the association acting jointly, are authorised. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board, a declaration of will on behalf of the association is made by the Chairperson of the Audit Committee or an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the Audit Committee.
