Manner of representation

1. Subject to sections 2 or 3, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made jointly by two members of the management board or by the President independently. This reservation does not apply where the management board acts as a one-person management board. 2. In employee matters, the foundation is represented by the President of the Management Board of the foundation independently or by a person authorised by the President acting on the basis and within the scope of the power of attorney granted to that person. 3. The management board may appoint attorneys-in-fact for individual acts and authorise each of them to make the declarations of will referred to in section 1 in matters concerning the acts entrusted to that person.
