Manner of representation

Each partner is entitled to independently represent the company. However, performing a legal act resulting in the disposal of a right or the incurring of an obligation exceeding PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand zlotys) requires the joint representation of two partners. In the case of periodic or continuous performances, the value referred to in the preceding sentence refers to: - the value of the company's performance for the entire term of an agreement concluded for a definite period, or - the value of the sum of periodic performances or the value of the continuous performance for a period of one calendar year–in the case of agreements concluded for an indefinite period. Declarations made to the company and service of documents may be made to one of the partners.
