Comprehensive organization of the “Wajda – Muzyka” concert on 22.09.2026 as an accompanying event of the 51. Festiwal Polskich Filmów Fabularnych in Gdynia, comprising: performance of 14 pieces by Adam Sztaba, ensuring the participation of Adam Sztaba and the Orkiestra Adama Sztaby in the concert, covering all costs related to the artists’ performances, in particular the artists’ fees, providing sound engineer services during the concert together with the required specialist sound equipment for the rehearsal and concert, and providing stage equipment (backline) for the concert.

Creation by Adam Sztaba of 12 arrangements of musical works; provision of Adam Sztaba and Orkiestra Adama Sztaby for the concert entitled “Wajda – Muzyka” on 20.08.2026 in Suwałki; coverage of all costs associated with the Artists’ performances, including in particular the Artists’ fees, rehearsal and transport costs, and fees for use of their likenesses; transfer to NCK, to the extent necessary for the Project, of consents to use their likenesses and related rights to artistic performances; conduct of the required working rehearsals for the Concert and rental of a suitably equipped venue; provision of a sound engineer for the Concert, together with the specialist technical equipment required for sound operation during the rehearsal and Concert
