Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to paragraph 2, shall be made, in the case of a multi-member management board, by any member of the management board acting independently, and, in the case of a one-person management board, by the President. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters in which the value of pecuniary liabilities exceeds PLN 10,000 (ten thousand), all members of the management board and the Chairperson of the foundation council must be informed of the liability to be incurred by registered letter or electronically at the e-mail address indicated by them before the liability is incurred.
