Manner of representation

The submission of declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. 1. In the case of a one-person management board of the foundation, the President of the Foundation’s Management Board represents it independently. 2. In the case of a two-person management board of the foundation, both persons on the Foundation’s management board may represent it independently. 3. In the case of a multi-member management board of the foundation, it is represented by the President of the foundation independently or by two members of the Foundation’s management board acting jointly.
