Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association independently (individually). 2. Each member of the management board is authorised independently to make property-related declarations up to PLN 5,000, whereas above PLN 5,000 two members of the management board acting jointly and in agreement are required, one of whom must be the President or the Deputy President.
