Manner of representation

For submitting declarations of will, including appointing attorneys-in-fact for litigation: 1. in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the National Management Board is authorized to act independently; 2. in the case of a multi-member management board, joint action is required: I. by the President of the National Management Board together with another member of the National Management Board, or II. by the Vice-President of the National Management Board together with the treasurer.
