Manner of representation

For the submission of declarations of will, including incurring liabilities and signing declarations on behalf of the association, a member of the management board is authorised, or the President of the Management Board in the case of the appointment of a one-person management board. In the case of the appointment of a multi-member management board, for incurring liabilities and signing declarations on behalf of the association, the President of the Management Board acting independently or two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised. Declarations of will submitted to the association and service of documents on the association may be effected vis-à-vis one member of the management board.
