Rodzinne Resorty is developing the KaiZEN/Kyriad Karkonosze condo-hotel project at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains, about 10 minutes from Szklarska Poręba, offering apartments and a declared fixed return of up to 8% annually. The complex includes a water park covering more than 600 m², three types of saunas, the Silver Chair restaurant, a grill lodge, a gym, conference rooms, and monitored parking with an electric-vehicle charging station. The second stage is planned with four-star apartments, an expanded water area, a playground, a second restaurant, and additional conference space.
