The right to represent the Union externally in pecuniary and non-pecuniary matters is vested in the Chairperson of the Union; however, making declarations concerning pecuniary rights and obligations and disposing of the Union's bank account requires joint action by: 1. the Chairperson of the Union together with the treasurer, or 2. the Chairperson of the Union or the treasurer together with another member of the Presidium of the Union.
