Manner of representation

1. The President of the association or a member of the management board authorised by the President is entitled to submit declarations of will in matters falling within the competence of the association’s management board. 2. In property matters, joint action of two members of the association’s management board, including the treasurer, is required to submit declarations of will. 3. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of assets, in particular matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer or liquidation of assets, a resolution of the management board of the association is required.
