Overview
Polski Klub Koloproktologii Towarzystwo Naukowe promotes the clinical and scientific development of Polish colorectal surgery and the exchange of knowledge among surgeons and related specialists. It organizes trainings, conferences, and workshops, and cooperates with stoma nurses and patients. The club publishes the journal “Nowa Medycyna” focused on coloproctology.

The President of the Management Board is independently authorised to submit declarations of will and sign documents in non-property-related matters of the club. The President of the Management Board is independently authorised to submit declarations on behalf of the club resulting in the disposal of a right or thing whose value does not exceed PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys), inclusive, or the creation of an obligation to provide a performance equivalent to up to PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys), inclusive. The joint action of two members of the management board, including the President, is required to submit declarations on behalf of the club resulting in the disposal of a right or thing whose value exceeds PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys) or the creation of an obligation to provide a performance equivalent to more than PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys).
