Manner of representation

• The joint action of two persons is required to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning property rights or property obligations exceeding PLN 1,500 (one thousand PLN): the President and another member of the management board, or two members of the management board. • To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association not listed in para. 1, the President or Vice-President of the Management Board acting independently, or two other members, is authorised. • If the management board consists of one person, all declarations of will on behalf of the association are made independently by that management board member; this excludes the application of paras. 1 and 2 accordingly. • Decisions concerning the acquisition, disposal and encumbrance of the association’s assets are taken by the management board. • The signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required to conclude agreements, grant powers of attorney and submit other declarations of will, in particular in property matters.
