Manner of representation

In property and non-property matters, the foundation is represented by the management board. In the scope of ordinary management activities, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted independently by each member of the management board. Activities exceeding ordinary management that require the adoption of a resolution by the management board and the joint action of all members of the management board include, in particular: a) the foundation’s expenditures exceeding 50,000 złoty in a single instance; b) taking out a credit or loan; c) granting a guarantee; d) acquiring and disposing of real estate; e) bringing an action where the value exceeds 50,000 złoty; f) granting a power of attorney.
