Manner of representation

1. The foundation's management board represents the foundation externally. 2. Two members of the foundation's management board acting jointly are authorised to incur property liabilities. 3. To make declarations of will not resulting in the incurring of property liabilities, the signature of one member of the foundation's management board is required. 4. Two members of the foundation's management board acting jointly may grant, in writing, an attorney-in-fact authority to represent the foundation's interests. This power of attorney may be revoked at any time by calling upon the attorney-in-fact to return it in the original. 4. In agreements between the foundation and a member of the foundation's management board and in disputes with such member, the foundation is represented by the Chairperson of the foundation council.
