Manner of representation

The foundation is represented externally by the President and the Vice-President of the Management Board; the President of the Management Board indicates the foundation’s registered office in Żmigród, specifying the exact address where the foundation’s statutory activities will be conducted and the foundation’s documentation, including financial documentation (invoices, agreements and other documents), will be kept, and submits this to the Management Board for approval in the form of a resolution of the Management Board; declarations of will, including in property matters, on behalf of the foundation may be made by the President of the Management Board; declarations of will in property matters on behalf of the foundation may be made by two other members of the Management Board acting jointly, one of whom is the Vice-President of the Management Board; the foundation’s property obligations may be incurred by two members of the Management Board, one of whom is the President or the Vice-President of the Management Board; civil-law agreements are signed by the President, the Vice-President or two members of the Management Board; civil-law agreements with members of the Management Board are signed by the Chairperson of the Founders’ Council.
