Manner of representation

In the case of a multi-member management board, the President independently or two members of the management board jointly are authorised to submit declarations of will and sign letters on behalf of the foundation. In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board is authorised independently to submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. The right of a member of the management board to represent the foundation concerns all judicial and extrajudicial acts connected with conducting its activities.
