Manner of representation

For acts in the form of declarations of will, declarations of knowledge, letters and documents of the association of a proprietary or non-proprietary nature, including appearing before local-government and state authorities and third parties, as well as in matters other than the incurring of liabilities, the signatures of two members of the management board are required, including those of the President of the Management Board and the Deputy President of the Management Board, or, alternatively, those of the President or the Deputy President of the Management Board together with a member of the management board (the treasurer or the secretary).
