In the case of a management board consisting of two persons: a) each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations on behalf of the company concerning an amount less than or equal to PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand); b) joint action by two members of the management board or by one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required to make declarations on behalf of the company concerning an amount exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand). In the case of a management board consisting of three persons: a) joint action by two members of the management board or by one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required to make declarations on behalf of the company concerning an amount less than or equal to PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand); b) joint action by three members of the management board or by two members of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required to make declarations on behalf of the company concerning an amount exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand).
