Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, one-person action by the President, or by the Vice-President, or the joint action of two members of the management board who hold neither the function of President nor that of Vice-President is required, provided that, for submitting declarations concerning the foundation’s property rights and obligations whose value does not exceed PLN 1,000, each member of the management board is authorised to act independently. For submitting declarations concerning the foundation’s property rights and obligations whose value exceeds PLN 1,000, the President or the Vice-President acting independently, or each member of the management board acting jointly with the President or the Vice-President of the management board, is authorised.
